• Acquire USCG Abstract of Title, State Title Searches and UCC Lien Searches        Obtain Corporate Good Standing Certificaton

• Obtain written payoff quotes on recorded mortgages and/or liens

• Prepare USCG paperwork for both the buyer(s) and selle(s)r of the vessel; including but not limited to:  Bills of Sale, Application for Documentation, Preferred Shipos Mortgage and Satisfaction of Mortgage forms

• Manage USCG paperwork from submission to USCG until completion

• Distribute final ownershiop instruments to appropriate parties
